Animals  "Don't Panic!!"   Great News   Doc's back 

Doc has had the ruling by the court in his favour against the Queensland Chiropractors Board and he would like to thank all those people (and dogs and horses) who supported him during this time. Your support made a great difference! Now it's back to work.

Thanks:  Thanks to everyone who turned up on Sunday for the interviews with ACA and the press. Your support was greatly appreciated and made a real impact on the press. The ACA report screened on the 20th March 2007 has really started the ball rolling with calls and emails coming in from interstate as well as local. Keep them coming!!

I am back in business after the damage the Chiropractor's Board of Queensland caused in April 2007.  For those who aren't aware, from 2003 to 2007 the Chiropractor's board pursued me to stop using the words, 'Chiropractor', 'Chiropractic' or 'Chiro' in my business. When they told me I couldn't advertise until the matter had gone to court, I didn't know where I stood legally. Unfortunately I had to relinquish my clinics and turn assets into cash to try to keep afloat and pay legal costs.  I also had to give away my show dogs which were my love and passion. I had to terminate my Pet Transport business between Brisbane & Bundaberg which I had just started due to financial burdens. I had to close my newly opened clinic only one week after it appeared on Channel 9's WIN news.  After sacking my solicitors & heading out on my own with the backing of the media, - in particular 'A Current Affair and the 'Courier Mail', Judge White ordered judgment in my favor on all 3 counts before the court and ordered the Chiro Board to pay costs within 7 days, for which I am still waiting for. Now I am moving on and rebuilding my business which has been put on hold to provide support for all of my clients and their loved pets who have supported me during this traumatic time in my life. So please come and enjoy the free 'Sausage Sizzle' on Open Day, bring your pets so that we can demonstrate to the media and the public the importance of the unique animal healing that I do.  This is a wonderful opportunity to show everyone the great support and trust from my clients and the unique and positive results from the healing of their animals.  In this way, I want to let everyone know that I am back and continuing - TO SAVE THE ANIMALS!
